Gameplay and objective
Taking place in enclosed stadiums with walls and ceilings that cars can drive on, Rocket League challenges players to drive the car and score goals in fast-paced, competitive 1v1, 2v2, or 3v3 matches. By winning the match, you win a large amount of Exp and trophies that help improve your ranking in the game.
Start the match & control the car skillfully
Pick your favorite game mode and then jump into the competition instantly. Once started, drive a car around the arena and chase the ball (or simply guard your goal for defense). You can drive it on the ground, jump, boost, flip, and even fly through the air to hit the ball and guide it in the direction you want.
Score goals & defend your goal
Drive the ball or jump to strike it. You can also perform front flips or aerial hits to increase shot power. Work with your team to guide the ball into the net of the opponent for points.
At the same time, do not neglect protecting your goal. If the opposing team attacks, quickly return to your side to block or clear the ball to stop their scoring attempts.
Win the watch and climb your rank
The team with the most goals when the 5-minute timer ends wins the game. You get exp based on your team’s performance; once you accumulate enough exp, your rank is improved, allowing you to unlock stronger rocket-powered cars.
